Operation Specifics

• We will only be answering business related messages Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are no specific times set because it could be in the a.m or the p.m.
  
  
• We will only be shipping twice a week. Wednesday and Thursday. All orders come with tracking EXCEPT decals. Those are shipped without tracking.
  
  
• Custom flag designs will we worked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they must be paid through paypal.

• Customs will be $50+ depending on time spent on the flag. (Most customs don't go past $50)
  

All flags are by preorder only. Flags are ordered the first of every month for all orders the month before. and it usually takes about 10 days for us to receive them and ship them out. So with that being said, wait time can be anywhere from 1.5 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the date you ordered. Please order accordingly.
